1. Team Formation
- Each team must consist of minimum 1 and maximum 3 members.
- All team members must complete the registration before the deadline.
- eam members cannot be changed after final registration.
- Cross-disciplinary collaboration is encouraged.
- Each team must designate one member as the Team Leader.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- Open to students
- Participants must carry a valid ID card (College ID)
- All participants must complete the official online registration.
- Registration is confirmed only after payment of the ₹500 + GST registration fee.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
3. Hackathon Duration
- The hackathon will run for 24 hours continuously.
- Teams must develop their solution during the hackathon timeframe.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. Project Requirements
Projects must focus on Artificial Intelligence or related technologies such as:
- Machine Learning
- Generative AI
- Computer Vision
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- AI Automation
- The project must be original and developed during the hackathon.
- Pre-built templates or libraries are allowed, but the core idea must be new.
5. Allowed Tools & Technologies
Participants are free to use any programming languages, frameworks, tools, or platforms.
Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, etc.
- AI / ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Generative AI Platforms: OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure
- Any AI frameworks or open-source libraries
6. Judging Criteria

7. Submission Guidelines
Each team must submit:
- Project source code
- Short project description
- Working prototype or demo
- Presentation
Submissions must be completed before the final deadline announced by the organizers.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants must:
- Maintain professional and respectful behavior.
- Avoid plagiarism or copying other projects.
- Follow instructions from the organizing committee.
- Violation may result in disqualification.
9. Intellectual Property
- All projects remain the intellectual property of the respective teams.
- Organizers may showcase the projects for promotional purposes.
10. Disqualification Conditions
- Project was fully developed before the hackathon.
- Team violates hackathon rules or ethics.
- Submission is incomplete or plagiarized.
11. Organizer Decision
- The decision of the judges and organizers is final.
- Any disputes will be resolved by the hackathon committee.
