• Registration details: event category, team member information, ticket type selected.
• Payment details: transaction ID, payment status (processed securely via Razorpay - we do not store card or UPI credentials).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and fraud prevention.

• To process and confirm your event registration.
• To generate invoices and registration IDs for your records.
• To communicate event updates, schedules, and important announcements.
• To improve our website, registration flow, and overall event experience.

3. Payment & Transaction Data

All payments for RAS 2.0 registrations are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS complaint payment gateway. We do not store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. We retain only the transaction reference, payment status, and amount for invoicing and audit purposes.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use cookies and browser storage (such as session storage during the registration process) to remember your ticket selection and pre-fill your registration form. These are used strictly to improve usability and are not used for third-party advertising.
