When you register, we collect the details you submit — name, contact details, college/organization, team information, and (where relevant) competition submission links.

How we use it

• Confirming your registration and processing payment.
• Verifying entry at the event.
• Contacting you with updates about Regional AI Summit 2.0.
• For competition entries, evaluating and (with credit) showcasing submitted work as described on the Events page.

Payment

Payment is processed by Razorpay. Yuvaasoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank account details.

Sharing

We do not sell your information to third parties. Information is shared only with event partners where necessary to run the summit (for example, jury access to competition submissions).
