Registration

By registering for Regional AI Summit 2.0 you confirm the details you submit are accurate and agree to abide by the eligibility, format, and conduct rules published for your event on the Events and Tickets pages.

Entry

  • Entry requires a valid registration confirmation and invoice.
  • Entry will not be permitted 15 minutes after a session begins.
  • Passes are non-transferable and verified against your registration invoice — no physical tickets are issued.

Changes to the event

Organizers may update event details — schedule, venue, speakers, or format — as planning progresses, and will communicate material changes to registered participants by email or WhatsApp.

Competition submissions

For competitions requiring a submission (AI Film Fest, AI Brand Ads Challenge), participants retain ownership of their work but grant Regional AI Summit and its partners the right to screen, archive, and promote submitted entries as described on the Events page.
