No refunds

• Tickets and passes are non-refundable once purchased.
• No refunds are issued for missed events or late arrival.
• Service charges included in your total are non-refundable.

Team registrations

A team registration is treated as a single unit. Partial refunds for individual team members who cannot attend are not available.

Cancellations

If Regional AI Summit 2.0 needs to cancel or reschedule an event, we will communicate this to registered participants via WhatsApp, email, or the event app, and share next steps at that time.
